The short answer is yes, I can but there are some things that need to be discussed and determined.  Like how we as a couple are going to divide up all responsibilities financial and otherwise. Some power struggles can appear out of no where i.e. you make more money than me so you should handle more than 50% of the mortgage, tuition, car note etc. or the flip side I make more than you so even though you think we can't afford this I am paying for most of it so let's do it anyway.  It can be ok if both parties are on the same page and in it together respectfully.

Yeah, I think I could! As long as he's a good man and has work ethic, why not? I prefer private guys to guys with status anyways.
