I am less than a month in to the official launch of my online and soon to be print magazine, Ambition Magazine.  I am working to find writers, editors and designers to just make this a more full circle vision.  Currently I am a one woman band with contributing writers.  In addition to the magazine I also do small business consulting on the side, which has taken a back seat to my own ambition.  I look forward to working with those who want to work.  The conversation is great but I want to WORK :-)

I have many other business ventures I want to expand into but I just want to make sure I have each one working properly before adding the next.  Especially because I still carry a part time job to help fund my projects, but hopefully not for too much longer.

I am an event planner/coordinator. I do all kind of events from birthday parties to club event coordinating to corporate events to destination site management.

I'm the one you call when you don't have the time to plan your event, don't know where to start or just simply do not want to be bothered with the task!

Not only do I do event planning but I also do business consulting. Mainly with business start-up. I strive to help people take the proper steps IN ORDER to achieve their goal of becoming a business owner! I teach people the proper way to get started so that while helping devise a strategy, they are gaining knowledge. I also offer consultations to current established businesses who are looking to restructure the business, help improve employee/employer relations or just want a new image.

Hello everyone. I have enjoyed reading everyone's introductions and look forward to interacting with you all. I currently run a 24 hour child care center and am also a have a tax business. Currently I am writing my memoir, thus the reason for joining this group of professional women. We all have a story to tell, but not all of us are strong or courageous enough to share it with the world. Life has dealt me a lot of tumultuous blows, but I still rise. I want all women to know that no matter what you have been through, are going through, or will go through in life you always have the ability to rise above it and become the true definition of a BOSS! In my memoir, which is still in progress, I leave NOTHING out, it is all uncut and raw. I am not ashamed of anything that I have done or have been through. Every battle has been a learning tool, a  mere stepping stone to enable me to rise to greatness (in my opinion). I am PhatPhat and you should and will want to care about who I am once you read my journey. Please feel free to check it out and ask me questions or offer constructive criticism...my readers motivate me.

Hi PhatPhat! I wish you success with your businesses and your memoir. I think it is awesome that you are showing others that they can achieve their aspirations even when they face hardships in life. Many are not willing to do this. I don't know your religious background and hope that I don't offend you, but I just heard a message by Joel Osteen yesterday, that stated that, "God takes us through hardships because he has a great purpose for our life!" He said that we must do exactly what you are, "overcome the hardship and continue to push to reach our destiny!" You are on the road to success! :-)

Thanks Leslie. I strive to share my story to as many as I can in any way possible. Sometimes just knowing that someone has been through and rose above unfortunate circumstances is enough to motivate someone to do the same.
