I go by the name of Tamia. I'm currently a student living London city. I joined this site as it was full of everything that i need to fulfill my dreams; hardworking, career driven and open minded women (well part of my dreams). I am an aspiring journalist, author and future boutique owner. Sometimes I lack motivation in writing and I feel as if this site is a great place to gain inspiration and new ideas. Its great to see a a whole group of women coming together to share experiences with other and prove that girls really do RUN THE WORLD.

My name is B.M. Bryant. I run BMB Productions which is a film & video production company, specializing in independent artist music videos, celebrity entertainment event videos, television pilots, shows. and independent feature films in the Phoenix, Scottsdale, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Chicago, and internationally. 

Along with running BMB Productions I am a freelance Casting Director who works on a variety of projects. Ranging from reality shows, fashion shows, music videos, to feature film/television projects.  I also do non-profit consulting and entertainment management, basically a busy body :)

Hi everyone, I am a 28 year old mother of 2, a wife, a  student, full time employee. I work for the SC Works Workforce in SC (GLEAMNS). I am a Youth Coordinator for the Upper Savannah area.  My job is help low income youth stay or get on the right path. We provide resources to help them with schooling, employment, child care and transportation.  I am currently in my last year at Virginia College majoring in Business Management with an emphasis in Project Management. I work part time as a Event Planner as well. This is my niche. After graduating I plan to make this a full time service. Hopefully, the beginning of next year I can have everything in place to begin. I'm here on "Boss Chicks" to connect with other women who are doing something positive with themselves and their communities. I'm also here to meet with others who are working for the same goal as I am.

My name is Natalya Shree. I am President and founder of Diamond Lyfe. We are a non profit who offers a 6 month life changing program for women ages 16-30. Some of the modules taught include Spiritual Development, Speech and Career Development, Fundamentals of Style and the list goes on. Each module is taught on and then we do something H.O.T(Hands On Training) For example on our etiquette module, we then take our diamonds out to a fine dining restaurant so they will be able to apply the things taught in the module. We also offer job placement and transitional housing. Diamond Lyfe also offers a focus group which is solely created to be an outlet for Diamonds (you) empowering Diamonds (Other ladies) and where Ladies from all walks of life unite and put their past behind them! The statement “I’m livin’ the Diamond-Lyfe” means regardless of what I have been thru, whether it was sexual and mental abuse, domestic violence, financial struggle, single mother challenges, employment transition, health challenges or whatever the situation could have been, because you are a Diamond and you are that woman outlined in Proverbs 31, you refused to let it stop you. Hence, My Lyfe Still Shines Even Though My Past Seems Dark! We at Diamond-Lyfe create a unique Sisterhood that will embrace a sense of care and dynamic relationships.
