i recently jumped on the fitness TIP....i've never been a glutton, but for years my body was used to going all day without eating until late at night & that's where the majority of my weight gain came from, plus the fact that i few physical activity going on....

when i decided to get serious about working out i'd do some cardio, treadmill & bike for at least an hour with some weight training afterwards. and not eating after 9...i had some weightloss that i hadnt noticed but my bf and his mom did soo yay me!!

Hey Ladies,
Today I had a great work out, I did 30 min run on the treadmill, and 30 min weight training. I'm looking forward to excercise tomorrow, to date I have lost 15 lbs in two months. My goal right not really lose weight but remain toned.

How are you ladies!! I recently join crossfit. I love this type of work out and look forward to seeing my results in 85 more days. I only do this workout 3 to 4x a week. Its intense workout. So ladies if your trying to get that fit body are even loose that baby stomach,look into crossfit in your location.

Hey ladies I am a personal fitness trainer and I always tell my client its all about doing the right thing for a longer period of time "Consistency". So continue to set goals and surround yourself around individuals that are focused on accomplishing their fitness goals. This fitness blog is a great tool. Seeing other people working hard and see results reminds my why I love this profession so much!!

Good morning!  I'm learning that what works for me is eating 5x's daily, incorporating juicing and smoothies while maintaining a 1500 calorie daily intake.

Two weeks ago, by doing this, I lost 7lbs in 6 days.  Exercise wise I'd simply jump a little rope in my home.  Now I'm a part of the ymca, so getting on the treadmill is great, along with utilizing the weights too.

I have 20lbs to lose to reach my target, but I've decided to take it 2-3lbs at a time because I have to fair to myself in doing this.

I am wishing each and every one of you a great weight-loss journey!

Hi Ladies!  I am working on getting more healthy and I have been at this for about 5 weeks consistently now.  I go to the high school track (because I love the outdoors and the turf) and walk every morning.  I usually do about an hour but I make sure to at least do a half hour on days when I have a time crunch.  I have added squats to the mix so when I start to feel tight in certain areas I break in-between miles and do some squats.  I love that Nike Run app and I use myfitnesspal and sparkpeople as well.  I like sparkpeople because it does all the same stuff as myfitnesspal but there are groups and challenges you can join.  I actually just signed up for a virtual 5k today!

Hello all my workout for today was a 90 min walk with a friend. Tomorrow I'm going to the gym and do some weight training. Hopefully I will start to see a difference. I will keep you ladies posted on my progress. In the meantime, everyone have a good night!

Hello all .. I am Loving this Idea!! Lets Share workout Routines!!!

I will start

I normally do Zumba 3x a week but I wasnt seeing a difference and I HATE  workout machines!!! SO this week I have started running at 6am its been 3 days total and I am sooo excited! If any one has an Iphone Download Nike Run the app its free and calculates your miles for you!! Oh and myfitnesspal is another app that I am trying out .. That app tracks all calories!!

Lets get fit together ladies!!!
