I was there at Talking with Tami Blogger Luncheon, and Toya was very nice & sociable. It was a great turn out!

I think the same thing, K. Michelle is SOOOO talented. I don't know the truth and if it isn't true and no one else can prove that the abuse happened, just let it go.... forgive and move on  and show the world your not crazy.

She is very talented, and I think she should move on, I agree with Toya, Where is her proof? If a man beat me like she say he did, he would be in jail. K.Michelle is using this to get more album sales, to get more attention. I'm not saying he didn't hit her, but she is using this to get ahead in her career. If she lying, God rest her soul, because Toya says her husband is very hurt about what she is saying about him. And I agree forgive and move on...

I see a hurt woman, but if that is the case then she needs to seek a way of getting an attorney and legally disputing it. I came from an abusive relationship and I took action legally... once you get hit, u are never the same. You need to take action so that man knows your about business. Even if it hurts and even if you love them. (my daughters father).

You are right some women don't go to the police, and she did seem like she was in love with him. Nobody can say if he did or didn't, it was only her and him in the room. I hope that they can pray about the situation and move pass it.

LMBO, Toya sure did tell her story, I don't think she talked about him during the whole show,but his name was definitely mention. K.Michelle have every right to tell her story, she should even consider writing a book.

Pleassseeeee it's a hard pill to swallow that your husband is abusive. Sometimes is hard to come forward as the victim and admit what you been through. Memphitz abusive ways are apart of K.Michelle past. Let the girl tell her story. Toya would feel crazy and look stupid if Memphitz admitted he beat K.Michelle ass. If there's nothing to hide he wouldn't mind doing the reunion show. He obviously has something to hide. Make him take a lie detector test.

Every victim has the right to tell their story, but its all about the way its presented. Use it as a platform and keep it moving. Don't fucus on all the bad, emphasize how its been a tool to drive you to pursue your ultimate goals. As a survivor myself, I found it a little bit over the top. Everyone handles things differently so if this is the best way for her to address it, hope it works out for the best.

I like Toya, but I am riding with K on this one. I believe her, I feel like it's too much to make up. If you pay attention to alot of the interviews she has done. Alot of people such as R. Kelly and the label at Jive Records know about it. But as a business, probably doesn't want to comment or talk about it because it could be bad for their business. But as a woman,  in reference to Toya saying she has known her husband for 6 years. You have Jerry Sandusky's wife who has known her husband for decades, and still doesn't wasn't to believe her husband sexually abused those little boys. Even though their are multiple victims coming forward with their own story. K. Michelle has the right to tell her story just like Toya didn't mind telling her friends story when she wrote her book, she didn't mind putting her mom's drug addiction on blast to explain the type of childhood she had.  She better pray that he isn't lying because that says alot about your marriage. You have to remember the marriage is still fresh, of course he appear like the perfect man. That doesn't say he doesn't have demons in his past.  But pray they can all move forward from this. But every relationship is good in the beginning is all I'm saying.
