You are on the right track with you basics. The first things that come to mind though are:

Do you have contracts? Making sure that you lock in an agreement for any work you do is key. Also with this profession you have to make sure that you have disclaimers for legal responsibility. Remember that if you are going to manage the social media it has to be in the best interest of the client, not you. But make sure that you are covered and it is made clear as to what you may be held liable for pertaining to what you post.

Do you have a rate sheet/tier? You need to make sure you have set pricing for the services you offer. This will insure that you do quote over/under prices. Offering packages are a great way to reduce workloads. Be specific about what you will do and when or how often you will do it.

Social media is a great way to help businesses grow, but please remember that there are legal loop holes and financial downsides to it. Just making sure that you coverd in both of these areas will help you tremendously.
