If you are like most people you were taught to go to school, get a good education and then go out and get a good job.

I did exactly that. After earning a Bachelor and Masters Degree and several good jobs I found that I was unfulfilled.

I found myself being blocked from promotions and was not being paid what I was worth.

Balancing it all and building my family seemed to conflict. I needed time to spend with my family without feeling guilty or being penalized and the money was just simply not enough.

So, after a couple of layoffs I did some soul searching and this is what I found.....

Little did I know God had given me the spirit of the entrepreneur. I always had it but I tried to suppress it and do what was right...get and keep a good job.

He put this in my spirit.. The job was designed for you but you were not designed for the job.

I finally surrendered to my calling and stopped searching for a job. I am designed to be a job creator.

Yes, I was designed to be a Boss.

That is why I am here connecting with like minded individuals like you.
