I'm a West Indian native, from the island of Dominica to be exact. I have many interests however, I wish to invite you to share my passion for food... both cooking and eating!

I started cooking at a very young age. Growing up in the islands, it's pretty much expected that young girls learn to cook very early. I developed a particular interest in food production at about age 12. I looked at it as a form of art.

I began nurturing my talent from high school in my Food and Nutrition classes, all the way through college while pursuing my degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management.

Despite working for a time in various hotel positions, I constantly found myself being brought back to cooking! I would always cook every now and then, but friends and family started asking more and more frequently for me to cook for them, so I decided to make the move and cook professionally.
