While I was browsing at one of my favorite lifestyle blogs, I ran across this GORGEOUS picture of Kelly Rowland of her spread in Ebony magazine's 'The 50 Finest' issue. She is looking absolutely radiant in the Salvatore Ferragam Cobalt and Violet Belted Strapless Gown. I am absolutely in LOVE with the colors and they look really great on her skin. I'm surprised they had her all dipped in water with this beautiful, and expensive if I might add (dress costs $3525, on sale for $2467), but I guess she has it. Besides, with all the special effects with photoshopping and the cameras, she's probably not REALLY in any water anyway.
