I've always loved colored liner...heres a tip: Blue (navy or royal) really make brown eyes POP!!

I love the way the colored eyeliner brings out the color of the eyes, and really brings all the attention to the eye! Such a good look, I'm defiantly going to try this

I love the colored eyeliner it definitely puts you out the norm with the either black or brown. I think it's really cute and I'm going to try it as well. I've recently started playing around more with my makeup so this is something I definitely look forward to doing next!

Loving these colors!  I've worn teal and purple, but I'm leaning towards pinks, oranges and yellows too.  Can't wait to try these.

Solange did it right and the model about Karin Bailey Ray. Rihanna look like a zumbie Bey just did it all wrong Megan good looking casket sharp... her make up was just wrong!!! The rest just look stupid
