DIY: How to revamp your favorite heels for the holidays!

If you haven't noticed.. BLING is in! Especially around the holiday season. But that doesn't mean you have to go out and drop a few stacks on a pair of swarovski studded Daffodil's that you'll probably only wear on New Years Eve.
