As a child I always did LOVE Makeup but Never did I imagine I would have my own cosmetic line. It's truly a BLESSING & I thank God for this wonderful Opportunity. Four years ago I started off as a Mary Kay Beauty Consultant with a dream of selling Lipsticks and Driving a Pink Cadillac. After starting with Mary Kay Cosmetics, about a year ago it came to me in a VISION to start my own cosmetics line. Sometimes we often wonder how will we accomplish a certain goal etc.I am a Nursing school student in a BSN PROGRAM at Holy Cross college and I knew once I started my Nursing clinical rotation I would not be able to work. So whats better then "Making $$ Make more $$" I've always had a BUSINESS Mentality, Always wanted to punch my own clock & be my own Boss. So finally I decided to STEP OUT ON FAITH I knew that God had my back & that I would be Successful with my cosmetic line. I knew that every OBSTACLE that I endured in my life would one day open up a door for an OPPORTUNITY. Ladies when I tell you GOD IS GOOD & always on TIME. THAT is a true statement. I am a Living Witness to how good GOD is. The manufacturer that did my cosmetics catalog landed in my mailbox one evening. Nobody but God did that, at that time I wasn't even looking at manufacturer's but I knew that starting my own line was a goal that I wanted to meet eventually. In 2011 I launched MKAsh Artistry which specializes in Makeup  & Lash Application for Weddings & Special events. At that point in time I knew that "MKAsh" would be the name of my cosmetic line the "MK" coming from Mary Kay and the "Ash" coming from my name "Ashley" I wanted something UNIQUE that could not be duplicated. In May 2012 I decided to STEP OUT ON FAITH with MKAsh Cosmetics I contacted my manufacturer VIA Email and FINALLY MKAsh Cosmetics was in Production. I started MKAsh Cosmetics with an investment of $1,000 and all 5 Lipsticks are now available for sale.
