Reality Show Alert: VH1's "Hollywood Exes" Coming To A TV Near You Summer 2012
As if we don't have 40 billion reality shows airing right now of "Wives" something... But at least they're finally keeping it real by saying "exes" because none of the other chics on these "wives" shows are actually WIVES anyway. Well, maybe one or two of them but hell half of them never even made it to WIFE status.
Anywho, VH1 has decided to keep these chics relevant after being married to a-list celebrities and living lavish lives. Hey, I guess we all need a paycheck so le'ts get it! The cast will include Nicole Murphy (ex-wife of Eddie Murphy – 13 years), Jessica Canseco (ex-wife of Jose Canseco – 4 years), Sheree Fletcher (ex-wife of Will Smith – 3 years), Mayte Garcia (ex-wife of Prince – 3 years), and Andrea Kelly (ex-wife of R. Kelly – 12 years).
Hollywood ex-wives are part of an exclusive sorority whose members’ lives seem to mirror that of a modern day Cinderella fairytale. But all the fame and fortune of marrying a celebrity may seem fun and glamorous at first, but it often comes with a price tag. Living in the shadow of your very famous husband can take its toll on your psyche when feel you are second to his career.
These five women, who have all been friends for years and in some cases for as long as 20 years, want to show the world they are more than just a trophy wife with a pretty face. They want to establish themselves as independent, successful women and bring relevance and honor to themselves separate from their very famous exes…even if there is a little drama along the way.
A "little drama" what they meant to say was DRAMA FILLED... HA!!! They make it sound like life is just SO HARD after being the ex-wife of a celebrity, hell life is hard after being anyone's ex especially if they left kids behind not to mention a broken heart and possibly a stack of bills, you with bad credit and all kinda other ish... Ooopsss I guess that's for us NORMAL GALS ... teeheee! Most of these chics were bred to chase jokers with them dollars. Can't say I blame them though! HA!

@Mrs. Deborah lol!!! I think I'll tune in for the first few shows.. If it doesn't snag my interest I'm bailing like I've done for so many other reality shows.. Not much of a TV person no way.. Normally, I end up catching up on an entire season online while I'm bored or working lol!

I have to say I'm torn on this one. I think I'll watch the first episode just to get a feel for the type of show it will be.

Guess I read it wrong! Thought it said Hollywood Execs! Then the commercial came on, Hollywood Exes...don't know bout this one, lol...I had hopes of seeing some Boss Chicks:) Execs...let me log off this phone and onto my laptop cause I got excited for NOTHING! GEEZ!!
