Achal Jain has over 12 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He got his start, in the food industry, by bringing Indian food products to the entire east coast marketplace of South Asian grocery stores and restaurants. At this private company, he helped develop a massive catering firm with the capacity to feed up to 10,000 people per day that required a staff of over 30 cooks and assistants. From there Achal moved on to Himalya International LTD. (a BSE traded company) managing all US operations, and India-side production for Himalya. Achal quickly developed Himalya’s small mushroom canning operation into the largest American importer of IQF mushroom, potato, and ethnic industrial vegetable ingredients from India. Most of the largest food processing conglomerates in the US quickly became large volume industrial ingredients buyers from Achal and Himalya. This experience allowed Achal to develop a strategy for gaining more industrial sales through his ‘unique’ production driven marketing methods.

In 2010, Achal left Himalaya to start his own consulting company, Unique Food Solutions LLC. which also owns and operates an Indian Restaurant Division called Nishi Enterprises. Nishi is currently the largest supplier of imported Indian style Tandoors in the US. Consequently, Over 50% of all Indian restaurants in the US are currently customers of Nishi Enterprise in one form or another. Unique Food Solutions has helped develop over 10 distinct product portfolios that are being sold, marketed, and distributed to over 600 Indian grocery stores, over 900 Indian restaurants, over 10,000 mainline retail outlets, and over 25 manufacturers in North America.

In 2009, Achal, and his partners started development on what would become one of the finest niche Indian hair factories in the world. Achal was intrigued by the high demand for hair, and the basic need by all hair distributors in the world to constantly search for that ‘elusive great factory in the sky.’ With Alix Moore teaming up with Achal, and Achal’s past Indo –centric processing knowledge, JAKD Enterprises Inc. quickly became known the world over for high end Indian hair extensions. He has a unique vision for this business, having spent considerable time and effort in the human hair industry to be able to be considered one of the experts in the virgin hair processing industry the world over. Achal Jain brings Micore International a world of experience in manufacturing/processing, supply chain logistics, marketing & sales, and corporate management.

Derrick has devoted his entire adult life to entrepreneurship. He is a dynamic speaker, trainer, and mentor. He has hired, trained, and managed over 2000 sales people and Independent Representatives. After a realization in the U.S. Army that no matter whether he went to combat or dug foxholes his paycheck would be the same, Derrick decided he wanted a career where he controlled his own income. He opened his first business at age 21; a car detailing shop in Tulsa, Oklahoma called “Car Cosmetology”. In the following 23 years Derrick never took any job that did not offer a commission. He always became the top sales producer at every sales job he chose where many owners also promoted him to Sales Manager. Being entrepreneurial and not afraid to take risks Derrick started several businesses and made a career from his own efforts. His first experience with Network Marketing was in 1988 with NSA, where he caught the MLM fever. From there he built successful sales organizations with a handful of companies over 17 years full and part-time. Derrick recognized that a Multi-level Marketing company for hair would be revolutionary after watching his wife’s hair business, fighting against hundreds of competitors. Derrick shared the idea with friend London and Micoré International was born.
