Teyana Taylor Reveals Her Body Secrets 



The MTV Video Music Awards last night gave us a lot of memorable moments, but it also introduced us to some new #fitnessgoals.
Teyana Taylor and her smokin’ hot bod debuted in Kanye West’s Flashdance-inspired “Fade” music video (now streaming on Tidal), in which the new mom (yes, she looks like that and had a baby last year) worked up a sweat while dancing in next to nothing.

Everyone wants to know how she got her body and Taylor tells E! News, “Dancing is my workout. I just dance. I almost feel like dance is so underrated in the fitness world.” (Noted. Compiling a fire playlist to dance to in the living room now.)

A source reaffirms the fact, telling E! News, “Teyana Taylor has always just had a crazy dope body and the way she ‘works out’ is dancing in the studio. That’s her workout.”

So if you’re thinking about getting in the gym and sweating to the oldies to look like Teyana Taylor, well you’re wrong. So don’t kill yourself trying to get there. She says “I don’t workout, I eat everything and I don’t diet ever”. So don’t hold your breath on that one.

When asked how Taylor felt when Kayne asked her to be in the video- “I was shaking, excited, nervous and all that other good stuff,” she tells E! News. This is what Teyana had to say about being chosen and by Kayne West and seeing thr video for the first time. “When I saw it, I was just as in shock as everyone else, because I didn’t see the final product until he premiered it.”
